Bu <strong>Eurocode 8 De\u011ferlendirme \u00c7er\u00e7evesi<\/strong>, deprem girdisinin ve de\u011ferlendirme mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Eurocode metodolojisine tam uyumlu olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak yap\u0131sal de\u011ferlendirmeler i\u00e7in sa\u011flam bir temel olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eurocode 8 De\u011ferlendirme \u00c7er\u00e7evesi<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>Eurocode 8 De\u011ferlendirme \u00c7er\u00e7evesi<\/strong> performans gereksinimlerini <strong>\u00fc\u00e7 ana Performans S\u0131n\u0131r Durumunda (LS)<\/strong> tan\u0131mlar ve <strong>bunlar\u0131 yap\u0131sal hasar seviyelerine dayand\u0131r\u0131r<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>G\u00f6\u00e7me \u00d6ncesi (NC)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yap\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r hasar g\u00f6r\u00fcr, ancak kalan yanal dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve rijitli\u011fi \u00e7ok azd\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015fey elemanlar d\u00fc\u015fey y\u00fckleri ta\u015f\u0131maya devam edebilse de, yap\u0131sal olmayan bile\u015fenlerin \u00e7o\u011fu g\u00f6\u00e7er ve \u00f6nemli kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6telemeler olu\u015fur. Bu durum, normal binalar i\u00e7in 2475 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f periyoduna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Belirgin Hasar (SD)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yap\u0131, bir k\u0131s\u0131m yanal dayan\u0131m ve rijitlik kalacak \u015fekilde belirgin hasar g\u00f6r\u00fcr. D\u00fc\u015fey elemanlar y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131maya devam eder; dolgu duvarlar ve b\u00f6lme duvarlar gibi yap\u0131sal olmayan bile\u015fenler hasar g\u00f6r\u00fcr ancak genellikle yerinde kal\u0131r.
