Hesap y\u00f6ntemleri, depremler s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131sal g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in deprem y\u00fck\u00fc analizi ve tasar\u0131m gereklerini tan\u0131mlayan <strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Yap\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi 2018 (IBC 2018)<\/strong> h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini izler.<\/p>\n<p>E\u015fde\u011fer yatay kuvvet (ELF) y\u00f6ntemi, az katl\u0131 binalar\u0131n deprem analizinde en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan yakla\u015f\u0131mlardan biridir. Deprem kuvvetlerini binan\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011fi boyunca da\u011f\u0131lan e\u015fde\u011fer statik kuvvetlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek yap\u0131ya etkiyen yatay y\u00fcklerin hesab\u0131n\u0131 basitle\u015ftirir.
