Expanding Across Latin America and the Caribbean

This year, we expanded into 6 new countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, increasing our reach to 33 countries in the region. Moreover, ProtaStructure Suite is now used in over 12 countries, helping structural engineers improve efficiency and sustainability.

As Prota Software and Prota Latinoamérica, we have made great strides in promoting and implementing ProtaStructure Suite within the structural engineering community across the region.

A Year of Events and Engagement

Throughout 2021, we worked tirelessly to share our knowledge with the structural engineering market. As a result, we hosted several successful events, including seminars, webinars, and workshops. These sessions aimed to equip engineers with the skills needed to maximize their use of ProtaStructure Suite for seismic and structural design.

In December, we concluded the year with a major event in Peru titled: “How to Design Earthquake-Resistant Structures Using ProtaStructure Suite.” Hosted by the National University of Piura, the event was broadcast live on several platforms. The Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and other distinguished guests attended, highlighting its significance to the engineering community.

Spanish and Portuguese UI and Report Options: Users can select their preferred language for a more convenient experience.
Regional Design Code Support: The software supports Peruvian, Colombian, and Brazilian seismic codes, along with ACI standards, to ensure compliance.
Imperial Unit Support: Engineers can use imperial units at all stages, including modeling, analysis, design, and documentation.
