Prota at Nigeria – Turkey Business Forum 2018: Expanding Services in Nigeria

Prota attended the Nigeria – Turkey Business Forum in Lagos on August 1-2, 2018, with the primary aim of expanding its services in Nigeria. Additionally, the event was an opportunity to raise awareness of ProtaStructure among Nigerian civil engineers.

Organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) and the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), the forum hosted hundreds of Nigerian businessmen. Furthermore, the two-day event facilitated business-to-business meetings among dozens of investors in the Turkish trade mission and numerous businessmen from Nigeria.

Prota’s Business Development Manager, Gianni Kubin, and Global Sales Director, Coskun Dolanbay, represented the company at the forum. During their participation, they met several engineers, including Prota’s current clients in Nigeria. Moreover, the event provided an excellent platform for networking and gathering valuable feedback on ProtaStructure, which had recently become available to Nigerian civil engineers.

“We believe that by improving our relations and sharing our experiences, we can add more value to our clients in Nigeria,” said Prota’s Global Director, Coskun Dolanbay. He further added, “Our trip to Nigeria was very valuable for us. We will definitely consider the feedback we received from our clients and work on increasing cooperation to transform their engineering services, making them more competitive in both domestic and international markets.”

Meeting with the Nigerian Society of Civil Engineers

During their visit, Mr. Dolanbay and Mr. Kubin also had the opportunity to meet with the Chairman of the Nigerian Society of Civil Engineers (NSE), Mr. Adekunle O. Mokuolu. The Chairman expressed his gratitude to Prota for its continued support and services to structural engineers in Nigeria.
