ProtaStructure 2026 (v9.0.365) Maintenance Release – Faster Workflows, Clearer Details, Stronger Performance
We are excited to introduce ProtaStructure 2026 (v9.0.365) — the latest maintenance release delivering targeted optimizations, workflow refinements, and documentation enhancements, all shaped by our commitment to continuous delivery.
Released on December 4, 2025, this update builds upon the powerful foundation of ProtaStructure 2026. In particular, this release focuses on refining user interaction within standardization modules, enhancing the clarity of structural detailing drawings, and addressing key areas to improve stability and performance during common operations. As a result, whether you are managing complex steel column designs or generating detailed reinforcement drawings, this release ensures a smoother and more efficient engineering workflow.
Accordingly, this blog highlights the key updates included in version v9.0.365. For a broader summary of improvements and stability enhancements, please review the official documentation.

New Column Steel Standardization Screen
What it is: The steel standardization interface has been completely redesigned. Now, all column lines are displayed in a single, unified list, allowing access to the table of columns under a specific line with a single click. Additionally, a new “Design Status” column enables easier tracking of the design status of columns on the relevant line. Moreover, the individual “Save” buttons for each axis have been removed; instead, changes are saved globally when clicking “OK”.

Why it matters: Consequently, this streamlines the workflow for engineers managing multi-story projects by reducing navigation time and providing a clearer overview of design progress across the entire structure.
Where to find it: Steel Standardization screen.
Notation by Diameter in Column/Shearwall Reinforcement Details
What it is: In the detailed drawings of column and shearwall sections, reinforcement bars of different diameters are now rendered with distinct hatching patterns.

Why it matters: As a result, this enhancement significantly improves drawing clarity. Therefore, engineers and site contractors can identify reinforcement bar sizes immediately through visual cues, which helps reduce the risk of errors during interpretation and construction.

Where to find it: ProtaDetails > Column & Shearwall Detailing Settings.
