Prota Software at MASE 2025: Shaping the Future of Structural Engineering

Prota Software at 21st MASE Symposium 2025 marked a significant milestone for our team. Held from 24–27 September in Ohrid, North Macedonia, the event brought together more than 400 participants from 28 countries and featured 9 keynote speakers. This prestigious symposium provided a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and presenting the latest research in structural and earthquake engineering.

For Prota Software, the symposium was not only a valuable opportunity to showcase our innovations but also a meaningful chance to connect with the engineering community in the region. Our participation highlighted both our ongoing research contributions and the latest developments in the ProtaStructure Suite 2026.

Highlights from MASE 2025

Representing Prota Software, Mustafa Tümer Tan, Product Manager, delivered a technical presentation on the “Post-Earthquake Performance of a CFRP-Shearwall Retrofitted Building in Hatay”, co-authored with Guney Özcebe, Baris Binici, and Özkan Kale. This study, recently published in Bulletin of Earthquake Engineering, reflects our commitment to advancing earthquake-resistant design and providing practical solutions to today’s most pressing engineering challenges.

Our partner Dr. Sc. Prof. Sergey Churilov from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, also joined us at the symposium. Prof. Sergey Churilov actively engaged with participants, sharing insights into both academic research and real-world applications of ProtaStructure in the region.
