ProtaStructure Suite now comprehensively supports the Indian Codes (NBCI) including loading, seismic design, steel and concrete design standards. In this document, the strong column-weak beam check according to NBCI 2016 Annex F is explained in detail! After the building analysis being completed, ProtaStructure checks global and local ductility conditions automatically. The process is explained through numerical example of a 4-storey building. Additionally, the specifications given in the code are provided in this document.
